With over 12M streams, Will Linley is one of the artists to watch for the year. His cautious third single “i don’t wanna be yours” continues to emphasize his storytelling ability through songwriting.
On the single, Will Linley says, “‘i don’t wanna be yours’ is about not wanting to get into a relationship with someone because you know it just isn’t going to work out and ultimately wanting to save each other from any hurt that may come in the future. It was the first song I ever wrote with my producers David and Bubele. The guitars and groove of the song are quite different from my other tracks but I love the contrast between lyrics and overall feel of the music.”
